Answer: Children 15 years of age and under (resident or nonresident) may fish and hunt without a license/permit in Missouri. However, permits/licenses ARE still required for hungting deer and turkey.

Answer: Resident landowners and their immediate family in Missouri who own 5 (five) acres or more may fish, trap, and hunt (except deer and turkey) on the land they own. They MUST own all of the land around the body of water they want to fish in to qualify for this exception.
